The mysterious interstellar object, 3I/ATLAS, that is travelling through our solar system was captured during the lunar eclipse. Astronomers Michael Jäger and Gerald Rhemann took deep image of the comet under dark skies of Namibia. "Our images show a gas-rich coma of 2 arcminutes for the first time...It was clearly visible in both the blue and green filters," Jäger said.

But, a new research led by Steve Desch, an exoplanet researcher at Arizona State University, suggests it is a shard of nitrogen ice resembling Pluto's surface. Unlike typical comets, 'Oumuamua lacks rock or carbon-rich material and looks pancake-shaped, not spherical.

A project led by University of Queensland student Javeria Bashir produced specially crafted gold nanoparticles that can highlight ovarian cancer markers in samples like urine or blood. "Gold particles act like tiny light amplifiers, creating hotspots that reveal even faintest traces of cancer," she said.
